Came to Sat with a really bad back ache, shoulder pain and neck pain. Sat was extremely helpful as he guided me through advice of what I could do to help with my poor posture. Everytime I leave, I come out feeling brand new again. 10/10 everytime ! I have finally found a cure for my back aches ! 🙌
