Sat is great & really knows his stuff. Has really helped to free up tight muscles from sporting injuries & also from working behind a desk all day! Atmosphere at the practice is great & his client-manner is extremely friendly & engaging. Would highly recommend!!
I had issues with my shoulder for over a year. Sat came highly recommended to me, upon the first session he assessed me and knew exactly what the issue was and how to help rectify it. Sat fixed my shoulder in a very short period. This was great as it meant I could go back to training in the gym after almost a year off. Sat is always very professional and I would highly recommend him to anybody.
